Refund Policy
We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your order within 30 days of receiving it.
Please note: customers are responsible for arranging the return shipment and covering the return shipping costs. If you prefer that we arrange a return shipment for you, we can create a return label for a €15 fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

Return Conditions

Register your return
Within 30 days of receiving your order, contact us via email to register your return at support@ressplash.com. Please include:- Your order number (from your confirmation email)
- The product(s) you wish to return
- The reason for return (optional, helps us improve)

Prepare & ship your package
Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging and ship to:RTM FulfillmentAfter shipping, please email your track & trace code to support@ressplash.com so we can follow your return.

Refunds
Once we receive, inspect, and process your return, you will receive your refund within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Important Notes
- Returns that are not in original packaging or show visible signs of use may not be eligible for a full refund.
- We are not responsible for lost return shipments. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
