Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your order within 30 days of receiving it.

Please note: customers are responsible for arranging the return shipment and covering the return shipping costs. If you prefer that we arrange a return shipment for you, we can create a return label for a €15 fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

Refund & Replacement Conditions

Situation What we do What you need to do
Defective or damaged product We will send a free replacement. Email us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
Changed your mind Return within 30 days for a refund. You arrange and pay return shipping (or choose our €15 label option).
Wrong or missing item We will send a free replacement or cover return shipping for the incorrect item. Contact us with your order number and a photo (if applicable).
Parcel damaged on arrival We will send a replacement free of charge. Contact us as soon as possible with photos of the packaging and contents.

Return Conditions

  • The return must be registered within 30 days of delivery.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging.
  • The product must be in its original condition, without damage or visible signs of use.

How to Return Your Order

  1. Register your return
    Within 30 days of receiving your order, contact us via email to register your return at support@ressplash.com. Please include:
    • Your order number (from your confirmation email)
    • The product(s) you wish to return
    • The reason for return (optional, helps us improve)
  2. Prepare & ship your package
    Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging and ship to:

    After shipping, please email your track & trace code to support@ressplash.com so we can follow your return.

    Prefer that we arrange the return shipment? We can provide a return label for a €15 fee, deducted from your refund.
  3. Refunds
    Once we receive, inspect, and process your return, you will receive your refund within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Important Notes

  • Returns that are not in original packaging or show visible signs of use may not be eligible for a full refund.
  • We are not responsible for lost return shipments. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
